For any other areas or if you wish to use your preferred bus company, we will reimburse you with the amount of the cost to us by our designated bus company.

1. We will book the bus dates for you, however as it is a self drive deal you need to contact the bus rental company  direct to arrange pickup/drop off the bus. The phone number will be supplied to you by us after the booking is made. 
    
2. By law the driver of the vehicle will have to have an endorsed licence to be able to drive a mini bus larger  than a 12 seater.  The bus sizes available on our package:  12 seater, and 22 seater
    
3. Our free bus offer is based on a full bus only – if your numbers drop, a charge of $10 per person per day will apply to each shortfall. Example: 12 seat mini bus with final numbers falling to 10 on a 3 dayt trip will attract $30 x 2 = $60 payment towards the bus hire.
    
4. Each day of the hire includes 250 Kms for 3 Day Package, 200km 4+ Days Package
    
5. Interstate golfers, you may want to take advantage of cut-rate flights to Melbourne and combine our  FREE BUS OFFER.  Pickup/Drop off bus at the airport, where applicable.
    
6. This offer is made to all our golf package visitors as a further service and courtesy.
